Matcha Ledger lists cafes that serve matcha. This page says what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What We Collect

• Forms. If you use Add Your Cafe, Report A Correction, Advertise or the Matcha Brands form, we collect what you type: your name, email or phone, your business, and your answers or notes.
• Basic visit data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies to follow you around the web or build a profile of you.

How We Use It

Form answers go to a real person at [email protected]. We use them to check a listing against a public source, reply to you, or discuss a sponsorship. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Who Handles It

Our hosting and analytics run on Cloudflare, form entries are stored with Supabase, and notification emails are sent through Resend. They process data for us and do not use it for their own marketing.

Links To Other Sites

Pages here link to cafes, suppliers and sources, and one Sponsored placement links to a newsletter signup. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
