Five questions worth asking

  1. Which brand or farm is it?
  2. Which region in Japan is it grown in?
  3. When was it harvested, and from which cultivar?
  4. Is it stone-milled?
  5. Is it whisked to order, and can I have a straight bowl?

A cafe that can answer these is telling you something real. Cafes that answer us earn a stamp. Read how.
